Rent assistance is on a first come, first serve basis the 1st Monday of each month.
Eviction Prevention eligibility:

Have hardship documents
Referral through the Family Connection Center from the Bellevue School District
First Months Rent Assistance Eligibility:
Live in Bellevue
Have children in your home
Moving from Bellevue to Bellevue
Bellevue LifeSpring does not assist with rent deposits, moving expenses, storage, utilities, late fees, and/or miscellaneous expenses.
