Rockwood staff is unfamiliar with City of Gresham $90 rent assistance payment--Yolanda says this is only handled thru 'Allah' at Portland Office; they relayed a message for her to call me. I have received no phone call. My rent was increased by $84 June 1, and Human Solutions is not giving me the assistance I need to get this one-time payment for Year 2020.
