I'm looking for financial help paying for Emergency Shelter at this Hotel I've been at. I'm homeless on top of recently being hospitalized for 5 days due to tremendous blood lost I had 13 blood transfusions resulting in me being diagnosed with stage 5 Kidney failure and beet vulnerable to the highly contagious cov-19. My physician recommended I quarantine and stay in as much as possible because I'm still very weak and trying to recover. Also am interested in a case management,assistance (Help) applying and getting the help offered. I have all medical documents and all past hotel receipts since being released from hospital.
