I moved in with my daughter & 3 grandkids. I had to take a leave from work. SDI I applied for so I was helping with rent but haven’t had any income for over a month. We just need help for one month as SDI by time of approval & getting money that I pay into for 33 years of payroll deduction is taking forever. I keep logging in. Now I’m worried we won’t be able to pay full rent & become homeless.
I did applied for the rent more than four months ago and sent all the requirements all the paperwork they asked for and they never respond back to me since then and I’ve been calling sending emails No response I don’t know what’s the deal I know they did help a lot of people but if u didn’t have no connection then I can help you that’s how I look at it it makes me feel it is Because of my race

My name is Erick I would like to see if is a possibility to get help from you I was diagnosed with EML Lukemia back on 2019 and I was in remission for one year unfortunately I did not make it to have savings in this short period of time; today was our due day and ask my land lord if he can hold a few months of rent and he refuse and if the next month comes and I don’t have the money me, my wife, and my kids, will be without roof.
I’m behind the rent since almost 8 months and the landlord ready to evict all my family and the kids.
