About Glendale CAP
Last-Modified: 2024-02-09 23:18:38Glendale Community Action Program provides various types of assistance to prevent homelessness, such as case management, information and referral to local social service agencies.
CAP provides direct financial assistance for those households that are eligible such as:
Utility payment Utility deposit Mortgage payment to prevent foreclosure Rent payment to prevent evictionBasic Requirements:
Glendale resident Photo Identification of the applicant Social Security Cards for all household members Documentation of U.S. Citizenship or lawful residency of the applicant Documentation of Household Income received in the 30 days prior to and including appointment date Meet State Median Income Guidelines for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Meet Income Guidelines according to programPlease call 623-930-2460 for appointment information on utility, rent and mortgage assistance only. Appointments are limited and based on availability of funding.
