Eligibility Requirements:
Homelessness or near homeless individuals and families Proof of emergency and cost to stop itProof that an ESA will solve the problem.

I was scheduled to have a conference at family court for a petition to relocate in March. It was canceled due to vivid 29, I live in a home that was owned by my fiancé who died June 22, 2019. Our marriage was planned for July 20, 2019. The home is now owned by his two daughters. One of his daughters needs to live in the home and I will need to move. I am in need of assistance in housing or some type of emergency hearing to move out of the state with my daughter. I am unable to reach anyone in family court. I am unsure of my options.

I have lost my home due to this Covid 19 losing my job and not being able to pay rent I was evicted now I’m staying in a room with my 2 18 yr olds and my 19 yr old that is pregnant!! We are the low income senior and disability citizens. We have been paying the high rents in these 3 years. Now, we have to continue to pay the higher and higher rents in another 3 to 5 years to get the low income housing. So, we are now seeking a portion of money to fulfill my income to pay the rent avoiding the eviction from now until then. This year we have to pay $1,050.00/mo. ; next year $1,100.00; after next year $1,150.00 and $1,200.00 afterward. So, we are looking a portion as $ 350.00 to fulfill my affordable fund. Hello Is there any rent assistance available . all the programs seems like they doing some flim-flam with the money a lot of people put applications in the never received the applicant number is no way possible that over 20 different people I know it's saying the same thing where's the money going to a lot of people looking for help and no one is responding back what people could come in our neighborhoods and camp out in tents and get free housing why people out here struggling . investigation needs to be launched because there's no way the funds are being issued correctly, I'm going to contact the daily news. people out here begging for help while we being pushed out our neighborhoods
