I'm 61 have copd can't get around to much without having to stop for a minute, have been out of work for well over 6 months, unable to pay rent of $4500.00 per month have fallen behind $40.000 home owner has put house up for sale telling me to move within (2) weeks; first: can he do that? second: is there any programs available to help me and my family?
