Provides rental assistance for Norwich residents when funds are available.
Human Services provides a variety of services to low income residents in need of assistance. This assistance includes those such as emergency rent/mortgage assistance and heat and utility assistance.
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and funding must be available to provide assistance. If you would like more information about services currently being offered please contact them directly.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide recreational opportunities and facilities that will promote health and fitness and enrich the quality of life of Norwich residents.
