Utility AssistanceC&S also provides financial assistance in circumstances where the lack of a basic necessity such as fuel, gas, or water in the winter would create a health risk or medical emergency.

Was told to leave the property we lived in for almost 6 years. We were out of there on March 3rd. We have been sleeping in the car since March 3rd. Íwe really need some help. Thank you.
