HACA's business hours are 10:00 A.M. to 4:45 P.M.
HACA is closed every other Friday.Visitors are seen by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

hello is anyone able to help with some of the cost of me and my children staying in an extended stay i have no where else to go with my family i am a single mom that came to california from detroit after my husband ran off with another woman and just left us like that , i came here to live iwth my parents which i did for a while but we all got evicted because my dad lost his job now they are with family members but there was no one i am able to stay with i have exausted my resources i can only stay so long with others untill they ask me to leave becuase they cant afford the extra people in there homes life sucks pretty much i dont care about me its my kids i worry about they have been through so much
