Temporary Lodging is also available to qualifying families and individuals who may be facing homelessness due to fire, eviction, or other crisis.
Foreclosure Prevention Specialists help those families who are having difficulty paying their mortgage.
Also assists with food and health.
Mission Statement: Respond Now's mission is to provide immediate relief for residents of the Chicago south suburbs who are in need while maintaining dignity and choice. We do this by: · Helping people through their temporary emergencies with financial assistance · Providing food to families and individuals in need · Providing sound referrals and counseling to other needed services

I need help paying my rent for oct am in oak forest and i want to see if you can please help me pay my rent
We received a 5 day notice from landlord because we are $1200 behind in rent. We are renting a house in Oak Forest. I am disabled and I receive Social Security Administration benefits. My daughter-in-law and 2 of my grandkids live with us as well. My daughter-in-law lost her day job at a physical therapy assistant. She also is a server at a restaurant at night. We truly are in dire straits. A quick response would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much! God bless.
