CSBG Rent/Mortgage Payments and Utility Assistance:Funding is provided for past due bills if the applicant meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation. EMERGENCY RELIEF:Funding is provided for direct assistance to the applicant that meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation. This program will also provide prescription assistance if the client does not have Medicaid, health insurance, or Worker Compensation. Emergency Relief is a local cash donation from the Carlsbad Ministerial Alliance that is issued through the Carlsbad Foundation. Assistance is only provided for residents of Carlsbad. FEMA ASSISTANCE:Assistance is provided if the applicant meets the income guidelines and provides the required documentation. Funds must be used to meet emergency food or shelter needs only. SPECIAL PROJECT:SNMCAC has entered into a partnership with Group Workcamps that will allow youth and teens to rehabilitate elderly, disabled, and low-income homes.

I'm disabled women on set income needing assistance to obtain my birth certificate from Dallas TX where I WAS born. and assistance obtaining NM id and relocating to Las cruces NM hopefully soon. Rental assistance as well.. Appericate it.
My name is Christopher Van atta I live here in Roswell I've been reading this house for about a year-and-a-half and I am now almost 3 months behind I don't want to lose the house I am bills I'm 3 months behind in those also haven't been able to work I've never gotten any help from anybody I don't I've never owned a credit card but I don't know anybody I'm just at why did I just hope Grant gas electric water I'm also getting assistance from the state as in food
I need help paying my rent and electric bill. I’ve been struggling through these past few months. I barely started receiving unemployment, however I had gotten really far behind in all my bills. My vehicle is now broke down and I’m really in a bad spot. Work being stuck at home and not able to work I just need a break and a little assistance would really be appreciated. Thank You

I need help with my light bill and my rent, it has been very hard with what is going on.
I’m facing eviction if I don’t pay my rent in full, which is $900. I have no income or money coming in. We have no family here to help us and no where to go. I’ve called every church possible for help with rent and everyone has turned me down.
