Emergency Assistance Services
Emergency financial assistance services are available to city of Phoenix residents in crisis situations.

Available services include:

  • Eviction Prevention / Move-In Assistance
  • Emergency Utility and Rental Assistance
  • Senior Programs Information and Resources
  • Nutritional Resources
  • Transportation
  • Information and Referral
  • Housing Repair Referrals
  • Other Emergency Services Provided as Resources Allow
  • Case Management

Family Service Centers
Family Services Centers are operated 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Phone calls are accepted beginning at 8 a.m. on Mondays only.  Households with a member age 60 or over may contact the Senior Services Intake line at 602-262-6631 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
