Phone calls are accepted beginning at 8 a.m. on Mondays only. Households with a member age 60 or over may contact the Senior Services Intake line at 602-262-6631 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

I recently moves here from California and have a job i just dont have a place to live so i am living in my car i foumd an apartment bit i dont have the money to move in it is 1096.57 to move in. Plus 71.63 for the back ground and 100.00 for a holding fee. Please you can help with anything i would greatly appreciate it

What is the number to call at 8 am the one one the website it not current after calling for about a hour they give another number then it to late once you start calling can you please send me the current number
I was on hold for 40 minutes when I was connected to the rental line for an appointment whereas I was on queue to getting hung up on.. Appointment line was not full when I was connected.. why is that? I recorded the message on a voicemail mail that I was truly connected..
I’ve called 3 times this week.. called answered and I’m queue e exactly at 8 am no later to be told the appointments are all filled.. What is the meaning of calling at 8 am. If it’s a slim or no chance of getting help?
I need some assistance finding and moving into a cheaper place. My rent is 1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment at budget suites. I've got 2 title loans on both of my vehicles. Medical Bill's dentist bills. All I could afford to move in was budget suites or consumers my check every week. We hardly have money for food. It's hard for me to find a place cause my credit and 12 year old background. If you guys could reach out and offer just the least bit of service it would be a blessing. I work everyday and on the verge of losing both my vehicles cause the loans. And if or when that happens I'll lose my job I've had the same job for over 2 years. Thanks for your time.

I'm past due on rent. I was homeless for 4 years then I got rental assistance from Halle/Umom program. I have a new 1 bed apartment that I can barely afford. The Staffing Agency that I work for cancelled the contract that I worked under without any notice and now I don't have the time to save money for the end of the month rent. I don't want to lose my home on top of losing my job. May I borrow $1000 to pay for my past dues and I will pay it back to you. I don't want to be homeless and living on the streets. I'm a senior, I'm SMI, I have a sweet service dog. All I have is my home and dog I have no family to ask for help
