I've used this service before.other Yes The staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes. The ladys in the cap office were supper friendly Bea and Josie both were super helpful and polite . thank youy ladies for the awesome customer service.

I love these people! They really helped us out greatly when my other half got his cancer back for the second time with both electric and gas bill credits to r acct. as i was his only categiver and needed the help badly. However, SW Gas was glad to accept the credit but will not send me whatever was left of the credits after his recent passing as they failed to add notes to the acct. with adding y name as a contact on the acct. at least! Is there any way that you all can help me with my dilemna here?

Good morning I received a eviction summons for Tuesday for February rent I recently relocated her over 2 months ago to work for Amazon I haven't received my paycheck yet it want be until the 28 I need help to stay in my place.

Whks life has been derailed by injustices, renting a home from a crooked and now fired Justice of the piece officer. Trying to reestablish im independence after this cancer and side effects year. Hi there, my daughter and i are homeless. Due to the coronavirus shutting schools down until October limiting my ability to work a day job, and my lanlord not willing to extend help when my lease ended in May...so that puts us with no where to go...i have everything in storage and it's costing 200 a month . I have a 3rd shift job but currently quarantined for having tested positive for covid 19. .i have an eviction from 2016 that's preventing me from finding a place that's even close to her school. I need help please.
They helped me with my APS bill. You need go in and fill out paper work. Once done depending on funds available. They do help you out. I received assistance with my APS bill.
