Persons seeking assistance must make an appointment and must live in one of these zip codes: 77042, 77057, 77063, 77077, 77082. Please call us at 713-977-9942 weekdays at 10am to schedule your next day appointment. The number of appointments they can schedule per day is limited.

Qualifications for these services vary based on services received, but required documents include the following:

Two IDs (including one photo ID) for all adults in the household.
Two non-photo IDs for children
Proof of income
Proof of residency
