I’m homeless right now need help with a apartment hidden Bluffs in Council Bluffs for deposit and rent soon a possible.

I need help with my utility bills how do I apply for it
I am going to be homeless in a couple of weeks my daughter is kicking me out. I need help with like finding a rooms for rent that's comes with everything.
Right now I'm helping my cousin with rehab in a hotel in Omaha from Nebraska med. Had problems at my current apartment and needed to move asap. So I'm stuck. I don't know if hud in Iowa will let me out or my land lord which may hurt me getting an apartment.
I am homeless and am in need of housing to get my daughter back , I completed a long term treatment and still maintaining but need a home so I can get my daughter back and stay warm and sober.
I need help with my deposit, I just got the place to day.
I need help paying my utility bill, the gas, the light and I need help with my rent.
