Putnam County Family Assistance Program provides temporary financial assistance to families and individuals for short-term help while they work toward self-sufficiency, such as Family Assistance, Safety Net Assistance and Emergency Temporary Assistance (homeless, need food, written eviction, need heating during cold weather, utilities are or are about to be shut-off, family violence).

Winter Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through FridaySummer Hours (mid June to mid September): 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
