I located an available apt at Vistas707 a CHA owned property. I have a stable SSDI income, no criminal background. I have their required 2.5 times rent multiple. No past negative rental history. I can pay multiple months rent in advance, and or a large security deposit. But because I have a low credit score made up on only medical bills I was denied. Its a pass or fail answer. No one can give me any answers. I'm living in a homeless shelter. Please tell me why I'm a bigger risk?
