Catholic Charities offers a wide range of assistance for people who need shelter and housing, both permanent and transitional, and to low-income older adults who need an affordable place to live. My Sister’s Place Women’s Center, a comprehensive resource center for homeless and impoverished women and children in Baltimore, assists families to remain housed. My Sister’s Place Lodge is a transitional housing program for homeless women of Baltimore City who have been diagnosed with a disability.

I am currently in a recovery program, Unlimited Bounds. I have been on the waiting list for housing and section 8 since 1992. Is there any way I can be added to the waiting list or receive any assistance in finding income based housing? I have been homeless for more than 18 years living on and off in either recovery houses or with friends and family.
