In need of assistance finding a affordable housing unit
I'm on social security disability.i can't not work and I'm struggling to make my rent.
Need rental and electricity help to pay my Bill's. I have applied several places and they are out of money.
I am a Crime Victim and I was placed in my Ft. Lauderdale apartment by Women in Distress. My unemployment has been on hold for 26 weeks due to a faulty return to work issue that has yet to be resolved. I have also not yet received any stimulus money. I got lost in the system with Women in Distress, finally dealt with the supervisor in Deerfield, Marlee Cea. I need a case manager, I'd like to go back to school, and I do need assistance with rent and with emergency funds. My unemployment stopped 26 weeks ago due to an error on my claim. I am reaching out, as I now have a 5 day notice and I have no guidance on how to proceed.
My daughter and I both occupy 2 rental units in Pompano Beach, FL. At the end of last year we both were served eviction notices, I went down to the courthouse and replied to eviction put money in with the eviction notice. Shortly afterwards I received a court date mm y daughter received a 24 hr notice to evacuate the premises. My daughter is a single mom of 2 boys 4 n 3 yrs old we've been renting here for the past 2 yrs rent always paid on time up until everything happened with covid. We also both had last month n security deposit of same as last month. My daughter had to send her boys to a family member out of state all her belongings were outside people in the neighborhood stole a lot of her stuff n the rain ruined a lot as well.
