These individuals are NOT 'people' oriented. No matter how nice one is, they have a aloof attitude when interacting with them.

I need help paying for my rent this month. I have had open heart surgery and I am alot of medication. Food is so expensive, I can't afford food and medicine. I don't approve for Medicaid but I need help with my rent and electric bill this month. I don't have a way to make copies of my papers and the office here in Decatur is closed.
