About Neighbor to Neighbor Loveland Office

N2N provides emergency financial assistance of up to $350 to prevent eligible Larimer County households from becoming homeless.

Documentation N2N requires to provide assistance includes:

  •     U.S. Government issued Photo ID
  •     Proof that you owe current month's rent
  •     Current lease agreement
  •     One month's worth of most recent paystubs, or your most recent income verification statement.
  •     NET (take-home) income must be at least two times your monthly rent.
  •     A documented situation that was out of your control AND resolved that has put you behind in rent. Examples: temporary loss of income, car repair, one time medical expense, etc.

Please note that a N2N Housing Counselor needs to assess your application and supporting documentation before determination of approval. Please know that the counselor may request further documentation at time of intake.
