CAPSBC currently administers the following programs at not cost to participants:
Energy, Education and Environmental Services Program - Provides weatherization and energy conservation assistance to eligible low-income residents and processes applications for Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).Family Development Program - Addresses the needs of low-income families by providing emergency assistance, case management and transitional housing.

Hello i am 22 years old with a 1 yr old son and we are currently getting kicked out of where we lived and I need help with finding a place for me and my son, i do not work but i have an income from the San Bernardino county office and it's been very hard to find a place based off my income, i have no help and really don't know that many people.
