Public Housing - Housing Authority owns and manages homes to rent to families. Rent is approximately 30% of tenant\'s income. Family self-sufficiency provides escrow accounts for future use toward down payment on home Rehabilitation loans and grants for low-income home owners and mobile home owners to rehabilitate their homes. Repair grants for furnace repair, hot water heater repairs, plumbing, and electrical emergencies. Grants for low-income families that provide up to $5,000 toward purchase of home.

I am homeless and trying to get a new start in life
I am in need of assistance paying my rent my husband lost his job, I had surgery. My daughter is working at Dunkin Donuts but does not make enough to help with expenses. I am trying to find a job even though I’m not released from my surgeon. I don’t know who to contact.
Do you offer any kind of services to help low income single moms get into an apartment with rental assistance or deposit ? Or know of any programs that you can refer me to that offer those type of services?
I need help to find an affordable house to rent
I have a pay or vacate notice. I am in desperate need of assistance. My husband just started a new job since getting laid off due to Covid, he is still in training and is barely making $400 a week. Our bills and rent cost way more than what we are both making now. Need help to pay for couple of mo tha rent while we try to build up again.
I am currently needing emergency assistance for rent I have been unemployed for the last six months and I currently started a new job but I have only been working a week. I have received an eviction notice and I have not much time to get the funds in time. Is there anyone that could get assistance?.
