I have been a long time resident of phoenixville. To my understanding PACS offers help to people in need. In the website they offer food, housing utilities and heating. But they were told to me they only offer food, in which it is donated by people. So I am trying to understand where is the monies going to. To work all your life and trying to get help o a one time basis , I do not understand
Please help me my last landlord didn't Care for me and gave me poor reference paid my rent on time stayed to myself I'm mentally ill and stable I lost my apartment belongings.
