I am currently in a recovery program, Unlimited Bounds. I have been on the waiting list for housing and section 8 since 1992. Is there any way I can be added to the waiting list or receive any assistance in finding income based housing? I have been homeless for more than 18 years living on and off in either recovery houses or with friends and family.

My name is Carla. I am disabled and just over 50 years old. I have a set of twins under the age 18. I live with someone who collects my rent every month and screams for us to leave every other week. My kids are miserable, I am depressed. Is there any way I can get some help with my situation, please?
