They only help you if you have no income. At all. My stepmom has several debilitating illnesses and she has been refused help by them on several occasions. The lady Kristen i think her name is, is a sweetheart though and she is only doing her job. She gave my stepmom a couple of bus passes one time, and stepmom said she felt Kristen would of given her a month pass if she had it to give. So one star for rules and regulations, not on the ladies in the office.
Our lease expires in 2 weeks and we dont have enough savings for first last and security. With 2 small children this is urgent. Please help
