Last-Modified: 2024-04-10 08:35:10Residents who receive an abnormally high water bill due to a leak or accidental excessive use can request a payment plan at the City Collectors Office in the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. The plan requires residents to pay half of the outstanding balance as a down payment to initiate the process. The remaining balance can then be paid back in equal installments over a 3- or 6-month period, depending on the amount due. During the course of the plan, all future bills that occur must be kept current and paid by the due date in addition to the plan payments. For more information, call 311 (847-448-4311 outside of Evanston). Income-eligible customers, veterans and deployed members of the military, and non-profit organizations may be eligible for hardship assistance grants of up to $2,000. For details about these programs, call 888-806-CARE (2273)Nicor customers facing hardship may qualify for financial assistance through the Nicor Gas Sharing Program or the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Hi My name is Enver Guner.in this covid-19 i loss my job and now i am very bad in financial situation. Can you help me for rent assistance. I am living in Mt Prospect IL in one apartment complex.this month i could to pay my April rent but i dont know how can i do that for next month.
