This service is available to those that qualify living within the Federal Way School District ZIP codes 98001, 98003, 98023, 98032, 98092 and Northeast Tacoma ZIP 98422.
Applicants wishing to apply must go to the portable building on West side of the Church of the Good Shepherd on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Do not call or go to the church office. Phone Messages are not accepted. Applicants should bring a Photo ID or Social Security card and proof of address. Assistance is limited and is offered to those that qualify once in a 12 month time period.

Hello, I need rent assistance if it’s possible because I am student and I didn’t receive my unemployment benefits yet and it’s still on pending so I really need rent assistance and I 4 kids and I only take a little cash that I have to pay it for my payments so I don’t know what should I do for my June’s rent and please let me know if this community assistance the low income people like me.
