The Housing Assistance Programs works with families, singles, and veterans who are homeless or are at imminent risk of homelessness, or living in shelters to stabilize their lives, by providing services such as budget counseling, assisting with damage deposits, first month's rent, or one month of past due rent.
Mission Statement: The mission of Tri-CAP is to expand opportunities for the economic and social well-being of our residents and the development of our communities. The vision of Tri-CAP is to provide services and programs that empower residents of our area to successfully achieve their goals of economic self sufficiency.
