Case managers work with formerly homeless clients who have experienced chronic homelessness in their lives and who are also living with a serious mental health disability.Hours of Operation: Monday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Tuesday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Wednesday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Thursday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

God Help us please. out of a job due to Covid 19 impact my work. I am the Home provider and have not work since March, please help with anything if possible or pray so I can get a job soon and get back on track. so I can provide for my family.
