Bi-County Community Action Programs (Bi-CAP) has capacity to serve 30 households with this rental subsidy program. It is a temporary subsidy available to households with children. The subsidy is $300.00 maximum per month depending on the households' income vs. rent burden, an income eligible program.
Office hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Mission Statement: To help low income people obtain self-sufficiency.
