Community Action Agency of Northeast Alabama offers various programs and services to those in need within the community.

This agency serves those living in Dekalb, Jackson, Marshall and St. Clair County through their Emergency Food and Shelter Program.

This program offers help with emergency food, rent/mortgage payments as well as assistance with utility bills (liheap).
