Mission Statement: HEARTS, Inc. is a non-profit, non-denominational community outreach center located in Cleburne County working in collaboration with area churches, volunteers, businesses, and other agencies who are willing to give of their expertise, skills and resources to help people with short term needs reach long term success.

I need help with light in gas and water bill i stay in a 2 bedroom house me in my son my rent 400 month that how much income i have come in that go gor my rent
Mother just passed in June. I make 206.00 a week from unemployment. The payment is 850.00 a month. The water has been turned off because i couldn't pay the 997.00 that is due. The lights are still on my the grace of God.
I was wondering if you help people in Carroll County or is it only for Alabama residents only
