MHA determines eligibility and rents based on:
Annual gross income for all members of the household
Whether you qualify as elderly, a person with a disability, or as a family; and
U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status

Mission Statement: The mission of the Milton Housing Authority is to assess and fulfill the need for decent, safe, and affordable housing in Santa Rosa County that provides an environment which empowers low income families to improve their lives. Hi I am 60 years old... And I NEVER EVEN Thought Of:: My mom growing old or My Brother passing Away Or My Husband Walking Out on me... Well it all Happened To “ME” NOW WHAT DO I DO??.... I am 60 Yrs old & HOMELESS I Have Numerous Medical Conditions... Some of which headers me to Navigate through the HOUSING System.
I would like to apply for housing and I don't have transportation to come there.
Can someone PLEASE HELP Me find housing $500.00 or less. I have been living in my car since 7/13/20 I am 60 yes old I have a small 8 lb rescue chihuahua 9?yrs old.
