Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am - 4:30pm. Resident of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Derby, Milford, Orange, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton, and Woodbridge experiencing a non-recurring, unexpected, documented hardship; In danger of eviction or foreclosure; Income must be at or below 60% of the state median income; Monthly rent/mortgage cannot exceed 60% of gross monthly income; Must be able to document a severe hardship which is not chronic or recurring; Landlord must be willing to cooperate with mediation decision; Other restrictions may apply. The Eviction Prevention Program offers assessment, mediation, and financial assistance for low income Connecticut residents experiencing a non-recurring, unexpected hardship who have past due rent or mortgage payments and who have received a notice to quit or notice of foreclosure. The amount of assistance is determined on a case by case basis; however, the maximum allowable grant is $1200.

My name is Richard donofrio I got scammed on a loan website called lending tree but not the real lending tree I least my money for rent and my mom lost money too we were trying to get money for my moms truck the thing is the money I lost was my rent my rent is 1495 plus late of 145 than for September I need 1495 for tomorrow until the bank unlock my account I went to my local police and to the F B I can you please help me I am going to court and than be evicted call me at 9739854321 tomorrow and call my super up at 9739858496 so you can talk to her please help me I can show all Proof About getting scammed I called every Association and my mom did two no body want to help n
