I am 4 months behind on my rent, my landlord bless her heart, she Let the utilities and water stay in her name when me and my brother started renting the place, and we have had utilities disconnected and she even went and had them cut back on, but she rented this place to us so she could pay her mortgage. But now she can't pay hers because we have not been able to pay. I don't think she has the heart to throw me out, because she knows I have nowhere to go, but plz tell me how to get rent assistance
