Community Development Department - BEAUMONT offers program that called the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) that is being distributed based on the formula used for the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) program. Grantees may provide rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who are residing or would like to reside outside their jurisdiction.
They may also fund ubgrantees that serve persons outside of the jurisdiction, subgrantees that are located outside of the jurisdiction, and subgrantees that serve multiple jurisdictions. A grantee may establish more stringent requirements, such as requiring that HPRP funds be spent within the jurisdiction or establishing a residency requirement,but HUD is not setting these requirements.

I was wondering if you guys could help me and my family get money for a hotel room for about 2 weeks or help us have some of the down payment for a house so we can move into it I just had a baby hes 1 month so we could use any help we found a house we just need help getting into it

Hey I need help paying my bills I have try everywhere nobody has help me I just got lay-off and I need help once in my life.
I just became homeless and I'm looking for some housing or a hotel stay. It's very cold and I'm new out here. I have nobody here I'm by myself. I would've had the money but I had to pay some bills. Than I got put out in the cold. I need 800 the deposit is included with the amount.
I'm a veteran and a single father of three kids as well as a student. I am on the verge of being homeless and trying to find a homestead for my family.
