Last-Modified: 2024-04-09 02:00:57The Planning and Development Department provides and coordinates a broad range of programs focusing on job retention and creation, employment and training services, land use planning and resource conservation as well as housing and neighborhood preservation.
Monroe County's Home Improvement Program (HIP) provides one-time grants and low interest loans to income-eligible homeowners for home repairs and improvements in the suburban towns and villages excluding the City of Rochester and Towns of Greece and Irondequoit.
The First-Time Home Buyer program provides one-time grants for down payment and closing assistance to income-eligible first-time home buyers who purchase homes in the suburban towns and villages of Monroe County.

I need help pay my rent because my roommate use to pay half the rent but he cant pay because he have broken ackle the doctor told he cant work 6 month until 1 year

Hello, my phone won’t let me call the number but I was interested in finding out on do you help with security deposit.
I desperately need assistance in finding a home. Im living couch to couch most of the time. Im getting refused on application due to an eviction from 3yrs ago. I have tried everything. Please please help.
