Houses are available for direct sales or rent with the option to buy. They also have another rehabilitation program that helps homeowners make repairs to their homes with construction costs of up to a maximum of $50,000.
Loan repayment period will be no more than 15 years.

I have an emergency were I'm living at now and my landlord wont do anything. I just need help to move me in this place I found to get me and my family safe. No one will help not even Family Service Leave that subsides my rent now.
