I have several issues I'd like to discuss with someone. -Past due rent that occurred in 2019, landlord waited 7 months and after a major surgery to inform me he needed to increase my rent and back date it. -landlord is trying to make me pay for extermination when I'm not at fault I am seeking help to catch up on my back rent of $668. My current rent is $514/MN plus car insurance, car payment, cell phone, internet, fuel for my self employment as well as vehicle repairs. Then there's been a outbreak of bed bugs and the office manager says I have to pay $1000, to have only a 30 day guarantee it will work. I can't afford my books and current rent plus pay back rent and for an exterminator when it wasn't my fault. I'm behind on my car payment as well.
