About Tri-Valley Opportunity Council Community Assistance
Community Assistance Programs offers rent assistance, security deposits, foreclosure prevention, mortgage and budget counseling, home buyer training, housing counseling, and financial assistance for utilities, food and clothing to low to moderate income families.
Services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, from October through May.
This direct financial assistance is aimed at helping families and individuals reach the highest level of independence as possible, when all other resources have been exhausted.
