About Three Rivers Community Action Wabasha County Outreach
Provides help to families who are homeless or at risk of immediate homelessness if program eligibility is met and funds are available.
Help addresses issues related to getting and keeping housing, such as:
- Case management to get and keep housing
- Money management skills
- Ongoing rental assistance
- Foreclosure prevention
- Help with back rent, or first month\'s rent or deposit
There are programs to assist with Short-Term Housing Assistance (for a one time crisis), or Medium-Term Housing Assistance for longer term help.
Call or walk in. Clerical will forward information to the appropriate Family Development staff. Must be either homeless or at risk of homelessness due to eviction, foreclosure, or other loss of housing.
For assistance bring necessary documentation:
Documentation of the emergency
eviction notice
foreclosure notice
ID
income plan
proof of address
proof of homelessness
proof of household income
proof of income
proof of rejection for other assistance
rental/lease agreement
Office hours: 7:30am - 12:00pm, Monday - Friday.
