Hello, I am in desperate need of rental help. I rent a room but I don't have a lease. I am a single Mom I am behind on my car payment, car insurance, phone bill and I can't pay my rent this month. I have to choose what to pay and rent comes first. My house mate won't do a lease for me and I am desperate. I get unemployment but its only $494 . I am worried she will evict me if I don't pay.
