My landlord is taking me to court to take possession of my trailer and is trying to evict me and my family. I am married and have 3kids and they all have medical problems. We have no way to get our rent paid to avoid going to court.
I was staying with a friend and I went out of state for 2 weeks to visit family and when I returned he had took it upon himself to pack all of my belongings and move in a woman and her 5 children. I asked for my belongings and my mail and when I received them I had most of my things were missing, my mail was opened and he had no explanation for this matter. So now I'm homeless and have nowhere to go and I was wondering if I would be eligible for some sort of help in getting an apartment so I can be able to have stable housing for myself and be able to move forward in obtaining a job for stable income as well.
