CDBG Department - CHESTERFIELD COUNTY offersprogram that called Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) that is being distributed based on the formula used for the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) program. Grantees may provide rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who are residing or would like to reside outside their jurisdiction.
They may also fund ubgrantees that serve persons outside of the jurisdiction, subgrantees that are located outside of the jurisdiction, and subgrantees that serve multiple jurisdictions. A grantee may establish more stringent requirements, such as requiring that HPRP funds be spent within the jurisdiction or establishing a residency requirement,but HUD is not setting these requirements.

Hello I'm in need of assistance I got behind in my rent cause of my parents being sick and I was there caregiver my dad died in March 2019 and my mom died in August 2019 and I just couldn't catch up now I'm goin to be evicted on January 18 for 1136.20 I don't have anywhere to go can someone please help me please
How do I sign up for assistance with my rent, lost my job to Covid-19
I have a son that is disabled and a husband disabled, I also have two small children that can not go to school. We only have a little over 250.00 dallors a week I can not work because I have to take care of my whole family the place I rent is so bad to live in anymore, I need a neither places to live like yesterday.

Looking for assistance for rent how do I apply
I need financial assistance to pay my rent due to loss of job because of Covid 19. I am a 76 y/o widow. I have never been in this situation before and need to be advised as to the proper channels to go through to be considered eligible. Thank you for your consideration.

I need information on how I go about applying for rental assistance. I have been out of work since Covid hit, and I'm still wiring on unemployment payments. Since Covid hit I file unemployment and have hD the worst time receiving benefits. Its always one problem or another Trying to get in touch with them to correct the issue is almost impossible.
