Lancaster Outreach Center, founded in 1986, receives a broad base of support from area businesses, churches, and the United Way of Dallas. LOC provides emergency assistance in the form of food, rent and utility assistance, and job placement services. Additionally, LOC operates a sliding scale counseling center and provides school supplies and Christmas toys for children. Our Thrift Store is another major source of income.

    im 19 years old. i just graduated from highschool last year. i was currently living with my mother, however she just past away on july 6. i have a one year old daughter, and we have no where to go. i am willing an able to work. im looking for a stable home for me and my child. if i have no way to work i will walk. housing and the basic nessities to leave are a huge need in our life. the gift will be praised not abused. my email is natasha_mocoy@yahoo.com
