The Greater Buffalo Community Housing Center (CHC) is a program that provides housing search assistance and other services to participants of Erie County's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs.

What the CHC offers:
Individual Counseling Sessions, Access to Mobility Library, Housing Listings, Security Deposit Grant & Greater Opportunity Case Management.

Security Deposit Grant Qualifications:
1. First-Time Section 8 Voucher Recipient-- just coming off the waiting list.
2. Currently living in a high poverty census tract.
3. Attend Small Group Session.
4. Attend Individual Counseling Session.
5. Relocate to census tract within a community of opportunity.

I fell behind on paying my rent due to the pandemic I'm a single mom of four children and we need help very bad. The landlord is questioning rent payment that I do not have. Please help
