Last-Modified: 2023-09-10 19:41:05Kahili-Palama Health Center Care for the Homeless is Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), this program provides rental assistance for homeless individuals with disabilities in connection with supportive case management services.
Housing and supportive services are provided on a long-term basis forhomeless persons with disabilities, (primarily those with serious mental illness, chronic problems with alcohol and/or drugs, and other physical disabilities) and their families who are living on the streets or in emergency shelters.

I am currently going through IHS and just got a place for 5 months, i did have a 2 year contract however they are shutting down because of funding. Which will leave me homeless and living on the streets again. I've worked really hard to buy things for my house and become accustomed to this lifestyle, I dont wanna return to living on the side of the road. I'm praying for some help, please give me a call at anytime.
I am permanently disabled ; and I need help to pay for the rent.
