HORRIBLE service compared to other agencies. The voicemail states they are only helping people outside of El Paso Area whom been compromised directly by covid19. What about those that families are paying taxes!

I called today to ask for information on the program for my son who is unemployed , and owes to month of rent.. Only when I Called I received the outmost disrespectful representative. In a place where people go for help because of trouble they are having in life.. there is no need for this kind of treatment.. you record calls right , pay attention to how she treats people .. so sad
